I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were classic and spacious, even with a festival going on, and the top floor balcony offered a beautiful view, which was very traditional for the region. The service was top-notch, with staff interested in helping us with our luggage and being extremely nice and helpful. The location is perfect for an easy walk to the town center and the Christmas market, although I did find some bed bugs in my room. The dining experience could have been better with more traditional options, but overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations.

The hotel is right in the city center with clean and comfortable rooms perfect for a group of four, even though the view from the shared balcony wasn't impressive. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable. The location is excellent, just a block away from St Jakob's Church and the central Rathaus square, allowing easy access to Rothenburg's main attractions.

Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were very traditional for the region and provided a pleasant place to relax, surprisingly spacious, with a balcony offering a nice view over their inner courtyard. The service was outstanding, with helpful and friendly staff. The location was perfect, within the city walls, away from the crowds, and close to key attractions. While dining was a bit disappointing, the overall value for money was excellent.
